Greek Salad with Cut macaroni

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

For 4 people


500 grams Cut Half Misko

3 large tomatoes, diced

1 cucumber, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons capers

10 Loumidis Kalamata olives cut into small pieces

Fresh oregano

Dried thyme

Dafni Extra virgin Olive oil

Xion Salt

Freshly ground pepper

150 grams of Olympus feta cheese


Wash all vegetables and cut them into small cubes.

Cut into small pieces olives and capers.

Boil the macaroni in boiling salted water.

Place it in a large bowl with all the ingredients.

Stir well and add salt and freshly ground pepper, grated cheese and serve. 

Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
