We’re happy to announce recently arrived products from the Greek island of Crete. Stathakis Family focuses their attention on beekeeping. The resulting products are single-source PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) honey and honey snack products.

The honey is available in 2 sizes and in 2 product lines: Crete’s Honey and a line of PDO Thyme Honey. Sesame snacks, branded as Sousaminia are in Almond and Pistachio flavors.

Their honey contains the maximum percentage of thyme (18%) and their Sousaminia honey snacks are a new twist on the traditional pasteli.
