In a pot, heat 4-5 tbsp. of olive oil. Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it softens.
Add the pepper, zucchini, peas, and saute for another 3-5 minutes, adding salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Add the tomato paste, saute for 1 minute and then add the tomatoes and the sugar. Lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Toward the end add half the basil, finely chopped.
At the same time, prepare the pasta. Fill a large pot with 5 liters of water and cook on high heat.
Once the water starts boiling add 35 g salt and the MISKO Bows. Stir with a spoon and let the pasta boil for as long as indicated on the package.
Strain the pasta and add it to the pot with the sauce. Mix gently.
Serve the pasta hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil.
