Corfu Saganaki with feta and seafood



  1. Lightly fry the onion in olive oil.
  2. Add the mussels and the peeled prawns until they brown.
  3. Add the ouzo and let it simmer.
  4. Add the tomato, the garlic and the salt and pepper.
  5. When the food is ready, add the Olympus feta cheese in large chunks.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
