Chicken Roll stuffed with feta and veggies



  1. Slice the chicken, removing all the bones and then season.
  2. Stuff it with the slices of peppers, onions, garlic and the Olympus feta cheese.
  3. Roll the chicken, brush it with fresh butter, paprika, lemon and bake in the oven at medium heat.
  4. When the chicken has cooled, cut it in slices and serve it with baked oregano potatoes and some more Olympus feta cheese.
